While maintaining a national practice as an organ voicer and tonal finisher, Jeff Weiler has worked for the organ community by serving multiple terms as an officer of the American Theatre Organ Society (Director 1992–1995, 1995–1998, 2000–2003, 2003–2006), the American Institute of Organbuilders (Secretary 1998–2000, 2000–2002), the American Guild of Organists, and the Organ Historical Society.
Jeff served on a committee in 2007–2008 charged to review and revise the OHS Guidelines for Conservation and Restoration, and he continues to serve on the organ restoration practices and policies committee of the OHS.
